I do not believe that therapy is the only way to create positive mental health, but it certainly is an important and valuable form of assistance. Choosing to change, to grow or to heal is not always easy, but if you are courageous enough to start the journey and stay committed to it, you can potentially find more peace in your life, and you can develop a deeper love and acceptance of yourself and others.
